3.6 Radio Sensor Tuner, a radio that can be tuned through a photoreflective sensor. The Arduino Uno calculates
the amount of light reflected on the photo sensor and converts this to how many degrees the tuner will be rotated.
There is no need to touch this radio to tune it.
